Managing company quality management system
• Led the resolution of quality issues related to non-conformance reports, customer complaints, regulatory actions
• Initiated internal communication regarding the progress of otherwise of such quality standards across departments.
• Assisted in assessing the strengths and weaknesses which have a role to perfect quality standards in various departments to meet ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14000 Environmental management standards. .
• Conducted effective internal audits based on ISO clauses, Customer Requirements (Performance Work Statement) and all internal controlled document processes. Conduct effective Combating Trafficking In Persons (CTIPS) Audits on the company ensuring compliance to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), Army Regulations (ARs), U.S. Government (Customer) requirements (PWS) and company contract policies.
• Developed effective Audit Plans and Audit Inspection Definitions to meet requirements of ISO, PWS, Internal Controlled Documents/Policies and all applicable Government Regulations utilizing the Quality Assurance Module (QAM) in the online website AECOM OneSource Portal.
