Managing company quality management system
• Led the resolution of quality issues related to non-conformance reports, customer complaints, regulatory actions
• Initiated internal communication regarding the progress of otherwise of such quality standards across departments.

• Developed effective Audit Plans and Audit Inspection Definitions to meet requirements of ISO, PWS, Internal Controlled Documents/Policies and all applicable Government Regulations utilizing the Quality Assurance Module (QAM) in the online website AECOM OneSource Portal.
