- Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
- Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Resolve issues between management and employees
- Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff
Managing the shipping team to make sure that all goods from the production are shipped with out issues and control the whorehouse capacity for the rejected goods.
