Established and Supervised Project Monitoring Department, prepared Monitoring Plan, tracked project progress, coordinated with all departments to align all activities towards goal achievement, wrote progress report that included major findings and recommendation for future improvement. worked on strategic plan with an International Consultant.
Achievement: it was an honor for me to establish a department from scratch and supervise it- it was both challenging and rewarding.
Preparation of Admin and HR Plan, review TORs of employees and interviewing candidates. project progress assessment and report writing on project status and success stories.
Worked as member of Senior Management under leadership of HRH Prince Turki Al Faisal, assisted Secretary General for Administration and Finance Affairs in reviewing Admin policy, proposal writing for Center development and contacting companies for this purpose. writing progress report and administration of day-to-day admin activities.
It was an honor to be part of Senior Management at world prestigious organization (King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies)
Member of Management, managing the MIS & Reporting team, verification of data collected by team members with data in MIS system, writing monthly and annually progress report and had monthly meeting with UNOPS (as technical support) to discuss the progress of the project and the constraints if any & how to overcome those constraints.
Member of Management, worked on implementation and administration of SIGTAS (Standard Integrated Government Tax Administrative System) project. This was 20 million dollars project. Was sent for a training to Istanbul Turkey on how to implement and administer this project. was coordinating between technical and business analysts’ team for customization and implementation of project. Worked on installation, making backup, user creation and assigning privileges to the users.

It was an honor to work on International project which is implemented in 25 countries world wide (America, Africa, Middle East and Asia) for more information log on sigtas
