Responsible for manufacturing of Aerospace parts (High speed machining of Aluminum Alloys, as well as metals like Titanium) for AIRBUS, BOEING, ALENIA, BAE System, DASSAULT, Also for the assembly works.
Reports directly to Operations Manager on daily production activities.
Adhere to all aspects of Operation Units as well as overall TPIU policies, procedures and work processes.
To coordinate with Maintenance department for all planned and unplanned services requests and TPM. Monitor machine, equipment performance and accessories in line with preventive and conditioning maintenance.
Develops work plans and supervises personnel involved in carrying out machining of parts. Focus on CNC machine management, ensuring optimum spindle utilization through adequate labor, machine, and material availability to ensure work is completed within set time frames and in accordance to required specifications.
Ensure that the shift production targets are met while meeting safety, cost and quality objectives.
Work towards improving operator efficiency, reducing costs, identifying unfavorable trends and taking corrective actions as required.
To closely work with planning department to schedule the work while utilizing the proper resources with proper work load to meet the delivery deadlines. Implementing project schedules and plans in a timely, effective manner.
Review job requirements and initiates for preparing of requisitions in obtaining consumables, spare parts and tooling needed for machining and clamping arrangements. Monitor usage and maintains stock at optimum levels.
Investigate manufacturing problems encountered during the manufacture of parts and assemblies.
To schedule and to provide on job training to the staff to achieve and to improve the skills of employees. Also to maintain the record in skills matrix and to arrange for their skills assessments by QA team as per company’s policy and procedure. To plan further trainings to improve the skills.
Ensuring that strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team.
Monitor the operator’s daily workload, Conduct regular meetings and disseminate instructions to the operators in accordance with the production schedule in order of priority before the operation of units.
Making operators shift schedules, Annual Leave plans to avoid any shortage of workforce and make it visible about the availability of staff.
To carryout stock take quarterly for the work in Process (WIP) for audits.
Participate in other work improvement programs through suggestions.

Technical advisor to customers to overcome complaints, Service problems Trouble shooting of faults (Mechanical & Electrical).
Look after Warranty (after sale service), Service division and Service activities.
Quality feedback to production and assembly plants from markets.
Conducted Mechanics training programs (Refreshing courses).
Regular visits to the authorized sales and service dealers in the territory.
Regular visits to production and assembly plants for further improvements and market feedbacks.

Manufacturing, Repair and Maintenance of Plastic Injection moulds, (HPDC) Pressure die casting Moulds, Press tools.
Worked on CNC Milling - Deckel dialog 3, CNC EDM - Deckel, CNC Wire EDM machines (Programming in G codes, and operating). Also performed Heat treatment works for Through Hardening, Tempering, Annealing and Normalizing.

B-Tech Internship at Pakistan Railways :
During this internship I learned about the overhauling, Rebuilding of Rail cabins, replacement of wheels, manufacturing of worn-out parts, sheet-metal works for the fabrication of bogies, cabins.

Worked in Material testing Lab. on Universal hardness testing machine (Avery 100 Tons).
Performed Elongation Tests, Bend Tests.
To make Roller for Steel bars (Hot Roll forming).
