As a regional director I was in charge of Kuwait Stores, and the Middle East flagship store in Dubai Mall.
Among other recurring projects on Brand Traning, CX champion, and collaboration. Structuring, restructuring and planning yearly budgets, designing action plans in line with the vision and promises of the division (Dolce&Gabbana at Chalhoub Group)
Assisting with the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
-Monitoring sales goals.
-Train, manage, develop, and coach sales associates in selling skills.
-Facilitate proper communication between management and associates.
-Clientele service and management.
-Product and stock management.
-Process management: overseeing compliance of associates with established company policies.
My role is all related to the furniture and accessories at Kutmec; from buying the goods at Markets or Off Markets, Stock Management, Shipment Reception, showroom display and visual merchandising, preparing graphics for showroom and newspaper adverts, ending with selling and customer service .
I used to manage the private projects that Midas Design Center took, and managed and designed the makeover Midas International did to all their showrooms in Kuwait along with the team of designers.
Studies of several decoration and interior architecture projects.
I work on the study and execution of architectural and Decorative Designs.
Over 6 months 4 groups of 3-5 people worked on a project to build a reverse bridge for locally based designers in the MENA region. My team project was a combination of well established designers mentoring newly coming talents and funding the education of the very young girls in the region. All about empowering women!
Has not been completed due to the complications after the 11th of September....
