The individual possesses proficiency in AWS CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, CloudTrail, and Config, which is used for monitoring AWS resources, setting alarms, and collecting logs

• Overseeing onsite installation, maintenance, and configuration of Etisalat Kiosks Payment machine.
• Building, patching, testing and deploying complex systems and platforms meeting SLAs, clients’ needs and specifications.
• Providing technical support to users, on-site engineers, and the Etisalat team by troubleshooting problems related to the system, network, or platform performance.
• Coordinating with backend support of the kiosks to resolve technical issues.

Troubleshooting of Kernel, Application, Storage, Network, Security and RPM issues.
Updating YUM Repository and Redhat Package Manager (RPM) to maintain the productive environment.
Perform file backup and restore operations on platforms in accordance with client instructions.

Working with Incident Management tool Service Now customized application developed for handling incidents aligned with SLA and OLA.
Proficient experience in IBM Notes, Microsoft Outlook and Rules creations.
Skilled in Microsoft Azure, VM Network Security group, File Storage

Networking Fundamentals Demonstrated understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
Experience with network monitoring tools like Wireshark, Nagios, or PRTG to analyse network traffic, detect anomalies, and ensure network performance and uptime.
Experience working collaboratively with other IT teams, such as system administrators and help desk technicians, to resolve cross-functional issues and support organizational objectives.
Install and arrange network gear and software in accordance with the senior network engineer's instructions.
Focus on delivering excellent customer service to internal users, providing timely and effective support for network-related issues and inquiries.
Provide remote help to nearby engineers and end clients. CCTV and Avaya Phone management.
