As HSE Manager representing Fichtner Consulting Engineers (Owner’s Engineer) on the AMAALA Utility PPP Project, I provide independent health, safety, and environmental governance across the design, construction, and commissioning of integrated utility infrastructure, including power generation and distribution, desalination, wastewater treatment, district cooling, and associated civil and MEP systems.

Within the PPP framework, I ensure EPC contractor compliance with the Concession Agreement, project specifications, ESG commitments, and international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
