-Provide short- and long-term strategic IT planning for the hospital

-Creating and ensuring a bird’s eye view of the running facility to the stack holders owners board members and others
-To create a platform of high intelligence using the IT system to derive analytics and high end reports required for all
-Analyzes software and hardware needs for the hospital
-Identifies to changes hardware & software, maintaining efficient and effective operations in the hospital
-Establish and maintain Information Technology policies and procedures
-Technical expertise within the scope of knowledge for any upcoming internal IT projects or initiatives
-Develops positive working relationships with all departments, HODs, physicians, and staffs
-Functionality, IT infrastructure, projects, and user requests are managed in a satisfactory manner
-Manage and handle of IT Help Desk, Network & System Administration team of day to day operations
Project Management & Efficient Infrastructure
-Maintained a high profile in the professional and business communities
-Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
-Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center

-Installation and configuration of Fortinet, Sophos Firewall
-Installation and configuration of Sophos centralized antivirus control.
-Active Directory, DHCP, WDS installation.
-Capturing of Windows 7 and Windows 10 desktop images using WDS.
-Deployment of Windows 7 & Windows 10 desktop and laptop images.
-Adding driver files into Windows image (WIM) files.
-Creating Windows Pre installation Environment disks.
-Creating Backup within NAS Storages
-Installation and configuration of designing softwares
