Assisted technically Middle East customers and system integrators with Mitsubishi factory automation products training and solutions, engaged as automation consultant for Power Plant, Cement plant, Water Treatment, District Cooling and Substation projects. Dealt with onsite commissioning, upgradation and application development support to customers on PLC, SCADA systems, RTU, VFDs, servo, energy meters and condition monitoring device. Prepared technical and commercial proposals for clients and partners with products selection and certification, third party equipment integration, Industry standards compliance, in plant trainings and Control System design. Exhibited and organized seminar on packaged solution involving Mitsubishi, third party products and field instrumentation.
Instrumentation & Control Engineer - Power & RO plants
Spearheaded Electrical & Instrumentation works for multiple Power and RO plant construction projects, coordinated with subcontractor ensuring proper documentation and projects work schedules, performed site Acceptance and field loop testing. Commissioned and programmed different vendor PLCs, Drives, SCADA, generator Load sharing control unit and process Instruments. Reviewed and updated process flow diagram, cause and effect diagram, DCS I/O points, process equipment interfaces, instrument specification and locations, MV & LV electrical layouts, O& M manuals. Carried out plant maintenance, plant start up procedures, calibrated periodically vortex flow meter, speed governor, pressure and temperature transmitters and water quality Instruments, resolved plant electrical, Instrument and control system faults
Developed process plant control architecture, cause and effect diagram and BOQ, validated factory acceptance test, documented PLC I/O List and hook up drawings, supervised erection and shutdown activities, installed process instruments, commissioned and developed Rockwell PLC, RTU, SCADA system applications for Cement Plant and Pharma plant, submitted O& M manuals. Executed Building management projects, configured Fire Alarm, CCTV FM 200, Access and VESDA system.
