as a static Equipment/Chemical engineer with responsibility for handling in the Project.
Prepare equipment data sheet, review vendor design, detail engineering of equipment
To check/Prepare BOM as per drawing and check / prepare TDC (technical data sheet) and material specification according with project specification.
Preparation of material requisition as per technical requirement, Chemical data sheet and specification
Ensure proper allocation of necessary resource for successful completion of project.
Evaluating engineering progress, obtaining vendor information for major equipment and package item.
Coordinate with site Engineer and supervisor for project. And resolve the problem.
Prepare product test package and submitted to client for approval.
To conduct regular meetings with sub-contractors for Progress Monitoring.
To plan the job, to enable timely moralization of resources - men, materials and machinery.
Sub-contractors piping Supervisors for daily activities/project material and technical requirements
Organizing and allocation of right man power for erection.
Co-ordination with safety and QA/QC dept. for smooth functioning of works.
Planning of material requirement, tools & tackles & Schedule, setting target.
Clarify technical specification with the vendor.
Inspection of the material delivered at site.
Raising technical queries, coordinating with supervisors.
Ability to control Technician, labors and workers.
Attend meeting with manager or superintendent.
Play key role in plant modification and development.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, attending the punch lists & assisting commissioning team

Preparation of BOM and submitted to client for approval.
Site monitoring in day-to-day of the ongoing of processing/operations works to achieve chemical and economical completion.
Prepare and monitor quality and product punch list.
Pre-test checking with client to close out the punch list prior to test the operation.
Pre- commissioning inspection with client.
