• Taking the contract of the orders executions and suggesting the solutions to the logistics/ Freight forwarding/ Document Clearance activities.
• Co-ordination between Customers, Sales Team, Product line and supply & Transport Planning team.
• Interface with the customers to understand their requirements to analyze, forecasting, design, and implement a suitable solution
• Coordination and Management of overseas shipments.
• Negotiation with suppliers and freight forwarders and air cargo partners in pricing.
• Arranging third party clearances of consignments in third-party destinations.
• Responsible for the data entry and inventory management of all stock
• Brokering the global commodity requirements for the clients.
• Arrangement of inland transportation from local suppliers to port of exports.
• Registration in global trading portals and platforms.
• Preparing consignee-consignment contracts and other documents.
• Preparation of packing list, bill of lading and other documents for the shipment. Preparing and submitting necessary documents required for clearance of inbound and outbound shipments, such as for e.g. commercial invoice, delivery note and delivery advice.
• Dispatching Repair Orders and advising shipping details to Customers
• Attending online-offline meetings with the suppliers as representatives of the client.
• Preparing supplier lists for the commodity requirements and submitting them to higher level for negotiations and discussions.
• Coordination in the packing and dispatch of sample shipments to international clients.
• Supervision of the Cargoes and the personnel while loading and unloading the shipment with safety standards.
• Checking and Quantity Tallying the shipment.
• Bridge watch keeping while sailing, at anchor and at berth.
• Collect the information including chart, weather, Geographical information and gather it for Ocean going Navigational Route Charting.
• Proper maintenance of records of deliveries collections, transfer, and Provision.
