The product has been designed with the aim of:
 Establishing a paperless environment in government offices
 Transforming the existing manual, paper-driven processes into electronic workflow
 Standardise on a Single product across the Government
 Establish a Single Authoritative Government Directory
 Develop on an Open Architecture Framework for scalability

Requests for implementation of eOffice Product at their departments have to follow series of steps starting from online registration, providing data, calculating eligibility and all other necessary steps at admin end.

We have provided support, maintenance and development for various applications through PCIT (Pre-Clinical IT) and CTS (Clinical Trials Supplies) Application support team. In this assignment I have been part of the support and development team for applications like RAMOS (Registration and Medication Ordering System), EAP (External Alliance Portal), PCD (Pre-Clinical Development Dashboard).

RAMOS (Registration and Medication Ordering System):
RAMOS is a clinical trials management and monitoring tool. It allows GSK staff to monitor study enrollment, supplies and stock levels. It allows investigators to record patient events and order certain types of drug supply. This system is required 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The main functionality of this system is to randomize patients, and assign investigational medication to these patients. Other functionality includes sending data to eTrack, providing patient data over the intranet and allowing, monitoring and shutdown of enrollment for clinical trials.

External Alliance Portal:
External Alliance Portal (EAP) is a web based application that allows the sharing of confidential data between GSK and its external partners. The EAP allows for multiple Collaboration Workspaces each with their own administrators and users. Each collaboration workspace is an area where specified users can share information. Through this portal administrators can restrict their members by selecting the required privileges.

Pre-Clinical Dashboard:
Pre-Clinical Development (PCD) dash board is one of the workspace in the GSK home page. It consists of 6 port lets which will give the detailed analysis on the medical studies and their phases by showing them in graphical charts. Six port lets are having six different type of reports, through this user can get the required content. These port lets are having the SVG graphical charts to display the information like project duration and its stage finally still how many stages are there to complete and it can display the estimated time to reach a specific stage.
