Studying the project specification and BOQ completely before planning
Enlisting the required men, materials and machineries according to project specification and time limit
Select and strategize allocation of work to sub-contractors
Briefing the activities sequence to the construction team in order to obtain the project in good quality,
safety and cost with time limit.
Allocate work to other members of team in order to ensure delivery of design to quality, time and budget.
Ensured personal responsibility under Health and Safety legislation and Group directives are met
Inspected the site and prepared the report on its feasibility.
Analyzed and studied the project before giving its final shape.
Organized filed activities with design changes and internal scheduling.
Planned, scheduled, monitored cost control and project management
Monitoring and controlling the day to day planned activities
Controlling and Maintaining the QHSE procedures are followed
Conducting frequent meeting with all discipline leads and subcontractor to keep the work momentum
