Specific Responsibilities

 Responsible to supervise employees engages in Production activities. Assign and review work, train, discipline, evaluate performance and eliminate ordinary difficulties.
 Participating in design reviews on cross-functional teams to ensure that conformance to specifications, inspect-ability, reliability, safety, and quality system objectives are met.
 Order materials or supplies to support production schedules and personnel.
 To co-ordinate with planning, quality and maintenance departments to achieve production targets through smooth and safe operation of the company.
 Working from written or verbal instructions, detailed engineering drawings and 3D models and be very much fluent in GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerance).
 Develop and plan jobs by setting priority and assigning appropriate skill level to implement the processes to produce a quality product on spec and on-time.
 Encouraging team work so that employees are motivated and participate, fully bringing out new innovative ideas.
 Establishing maintenance requirements for equipment and facility to ensure timely maintenance are performed and proper records maintained
 To take up other job assignments to me from time to time by the Management.
