Manage all Construction Planning activities required to develop the overall plan for implementation
Provide construction advice and input to reviews including promoting use of modern construction methods.
Work with other team members to ensure integration of Construction Planning, Enabling/ Site Preparation and Associated Development scopes of work and schedules.
Progress / performance evaluation and reporting.
Turn-around planning and scheduling and implementation / monitoring.
Project budget set-up and cost control.
Tender preparation / adjudication
Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.
Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with Project Coordination Procedures.

Collaborating with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines. Assisting in developing construction plans and strategies.
Responsible for creating and managing project plans, tracking progress, and taking corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Assessing the site conditions and assisting in the preparation of construction sites through site inspections, surveying, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Overseeing the construction activities on-site to ensure they are carried out according to the approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Monitoring progress, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and resolving any issues that arise.
Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and storage of construction materials, equipment, and tools required for the project. Coordination with suppliers, tracking inventory, and ensuring that the required resources are available when needed.

Assist in implementing project management processes, methodologies and tools. Ensure adherence and compliance for all projects under scope.
Manage day-to-day PMO operations with regards to projects under supervision to ensure that all related protocols and processes are implemented and followed in an appropriate manner.
Assist in building and sustaining effective communications with the stakeholders involved in the projects.
