RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Managed the full project lifecycle for major mechanical works, from design review to testing and commissioning.
• Supervised installation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems in accordance with Aramco and ASHRAE standards.
• Oversaw installation, testing, and commissioning of firefighting systems including sprinklers, fire pumps, hose reels, hydrants, and FM200 systems.
• Developed baseline schedules, tracked progress, and prepared monthly reports ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Reviewed BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance with IFC and client requirements.
• Prepared and verified variation orders, EOT claims, and technical justifications in coordination with the project team.
• Coordinated with architectural, electrical, and civil disciplines to resolve design conflicts and maintain project integration.
• Oversaw installation and commissioning of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, plumbing, and firefighting equipment.
• Prepared method statements, inspection requests, and coordinated material submittals and approvals.
