• Responsible for Operations of ITS (Intelligent Transport System) IT Infrastructure Data Centre, Qatar Road (Ashghal’s Road Maintenance Department). Includes Planning, installation, monitoring, maintenance and quality assurance of the Ashghal’s Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) applications, hardware, and functional business processes.

• MANAGE server, storage, network and telecommunication infrastructure. Implement upgrades, replacements and new data-center infrastructure. Test and apply regular patches and bug-fixes.
• ASSIST IN ESTABLISHING and ENFORCING security policies, standards, procedures, and processes including security configuration and design. DEFINE & DOCUMENT tools, scripts and procedures used in daily operations support and disaster recovery.

• Developing, managing and implementing Information Technology Strategy over the short, medium and long term in alignment with Nashwan Aviation business strategy.
