Perform day to day processing of accounts payable & receivable transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
Ensure all the supporting documents (i.e. Invoice, Delivery Order, Goods receipt voucher, purchase order, etc.) for making payment by Cheque and Demand Draft
Ensure that the month end and year-end closing activities and reconciliation are completed without delay in order to ensure vendors/customers invoices are processed and balances reconciled in timely manner
To reply all kind of inquiries related to Delivery Orders, factory accountants and other employees via phone, email, fax, etc
Vendors and Inter-company reconciliations
Processing of Sales Orders to Factory for delivery
Call to Bank on daily bases to get balances and make a financial daily reports to maintain finance
Reconcile banks on every end of the month
Update Accounts Receivables Status on Daily bases on Excel and report to Direct Finance
