• Preparing detail project program in MS Project and Primavera.
• Planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling activity of the project.
• Creating OBS, ESP & WBS and Prepare look ahead programs.
• Scheduling activities, base line assigning, S-Curve and Weekly & Monthly report.
• Generating Resources Analysis and levelling graphs.
• Develop databases for Engineering deliverables, Procurement deliverables and Construction activities for monitoring/analyzing/tracking progresses. • Monitor project progress and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks.
• Day to day coordination and prioritization of activities and interface decisions.
• Review and monitor schedule and progress submitted by contractors during detailed design drawings, Procurement, and construction.
• Correspondence with clients, process licensors, vendors with respect to data requirement for construction activities.
• Responsible for Activity schedules and meeting the targets in terms of man-hours, time and for collating and preparation of Daily Weekly, Monthly progress & Project Close out reports.
• Internal coordination between Engineering, Procurement and Construction divisions.
• Co-ordination between Inspection, Operation & maintenance departments.
• Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.
• Prepare plans and schedule for all project delivery.
• Activity & Resource planning / monitoring of hourly Shutdown schedules.
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
