Liaise with the external client coordinator client representative to complete the documentation in
stipulated time including review and approval.
Conduct ISO training for external client and its representatives for subscribed standards and ISO
documents.
Conduct workshop for communication of ISO procedures to both internal and external clients and its
representatives.
Assist external clients in implementation of the ISO Management Systems to which it is subscribed for.
Assist external client in conducting Management Review Meeting prior certification recertification
audits.
Where applicable liaise with certification bodies to arrange for ISO certification of external client to
subscribed ISO Management Systems.

Assist external client for closing any Non-Conformance raised during the certification audit.
Where applicable based on contractual obligations conduct Internal Audit at clients place for subscribed
