Coordinate with project managers and design teams to
integrate procurement with project requirements and goals.
Create and apply procurement strategies that support the
scope, budget, quality, and timeline of interior fit-out projects.
Prepare the detailed progress report and update
management to provide accurate schedule, cost and
procurement status.
Coordinated procurement packages for fit-out works, FF&E,
MEP items and special materials.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of goods and
services required by the organization.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to
secure the best deals while maintaining high standards of
quality.
Prepare and place purchase orders based on demand
forecasts and inventory requirements
Track procurement schedule, supplier commitments and
reduce delivery risk and support uninterrupted site progress.
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities,
including purchase orders, supplier contracts, delivery
schedules, and invoices.

Managing the entire materials planning activities.
Handling the entire supplier-related activities.
Develop and implement planning strategies to achieve the
target.
Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Preparation of bill of materials and forecast report to the top
management.
Preparing the summary ofthe materials purchased.
Prepare purchase orders.
Maintaining the record of the orders on hand, executed,
and expected orders.
MRP - Materials Resource Planning (SAP)
Routineduties:
Production-related works- production orders, GR&MRP
Constant coordination with the purchasing dept. for
prompt supply ofthe consignment to the customer.
Prepare a delivery schedule for all materials.
Daily reports.
Maintaining the minimum stock level and following up with
the supplier.
