Perform Commissioning and Pre- Commissioning testing of Fire Alarm system, FM200 Gas system, Smoke Management system, Air sampling system, Aerosol system and Integration with the 3rd party services.
Involvement in Shop drawings, design, inspections, meetings with the consultant, subcontractors related to site works and progress.
Monitoring the interface progress and reviewing the closeout interface status reports from the engineering department.
Providing technical support to the Design team and construction team for the site related issues.
Involvement in design of the shop drawings related to Fire life safety systems as
per NFPA Standards and local Civil Defense requirements.
Involvement in reviewing technical submittals for Inspection plan, testing plans, handing over plans with the contractor related to the Interface Management.
Monitoring and involvement in the change of Interface control documents and site specifications b the design team.
Reviewing Work Method Statement (WMS) for Installation, Testing &Commissioning procedures, Material submittals, O&M Manual and other documents related to site specifications.
Involvement in C&E Matrix drawing preparation, installing, and testing of Fire Alarm Graphics workstation, Smoke Management, Integration system.
Reviewing the drawings, QA/QC documents, attending inspections on site and Preparing an attending inspections of the snags list closure and all the other documents related to project closure requirements.
Prepare reports of Testing & Commissioning, SAT and other related documents for the inspections.
Attending the periodic progress meeting with the contractors for site related issues.
Onsite commissioning supervision, preparing weekly report, snags list closure and documents related for handover of the project.
Involvement in reviewing subsequent change in the design and construction, Integrates and coordinating with various Engineering department.
Prepare documents/reviewing of tender Docs/drawings and provide estimated
System Design/BOQ to Bidding team.

Supervising all the installation to be done based on NFPA codes and Sites specifications.
Preparing all the documents related to O&M, T&C, Work Method Statement, Inspections, and hand over to the client.
