Ensure the Project Quality, Health Safety and Environmental requirements are met and
delivered what they expected and make sure that they’re satisfied with the results.
* Provide Consultancy, guidance, writing, implementation and maintenance of Q& HSE
Management systems ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.
* Lead Auditor, conducting audits and evaluate the system, gap analysis and improve the system
continuously.
* Providing training services to support the elements of the Q&HSE Management System.
Includes Quality related to Occupational Safety, Emergency Services, Health, Environment, and
Risk.
* Conducting training needs analysis for employees and contractors related to Q&HSE Policy,
objectives and Procedures. Develops, implements and conducts appropriate training programs
to support identified needs.
* Assisting in the development of appropriate mandatory Q&HSE training matrixes for all
employees.
* Maintaining a documented inventory of QHSE training including specifications, requirements,
curriculum, etc. Ensures that an accurate database of HSE training is maintained against all
employees and contractors.
* Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of QHSE training and develops appropriate training
solutions/changes to ensure a high level of quality and competency.
* Identifying, implementing and maintaining appropriate training facilities, materials, and
resources to support QHSE training needs. Plan and submit budgets for appropriate
Departmental spending.
* Supporting the development and implementation of integrated management systems. Ensure
that QHSE training complies with ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 / ISO 45001
requirements.
* Able to exercise judgment against the criteria of QHSE and other standards
* Develop quality assurance plans by analyzing Risk & Opportunities and hazard analyses.
* Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met.
* Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to
improve the business;
* Properly interpret regulations, codes and industry standards.
* Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
* Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.
* Finalize specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning
unacceptable materials.
* Well known about auditing principals, techniques & procedures of QHSE (Quality, Health
Safety and Environmental) standards
