Verifying the stock report of physical count and system count and undertaking necessary corrective measures in case of discrepancies.

Controlling of products inward and outward.

Periodical reporting of inventory statement to the top level for taking effective management decision.

Assure timely collection of money due to the company and recorded in the system.

Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits.

Management of outstanding invoices.

Make recommendations to improve the collection procedures.

Chief support in semi - annual and annual company audit for account receivables.

Support management by providing timely and accurate receivable reports and account standing information.

Preparation and Finalization of Final statements like Balance Sheet and Profit /Loss Account.

Preparation of stock reports.

Preparation and review of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
