Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Inspections: Handling Site QA/QC inspections of all assets allotted for PM and CM Work orders in time complying to QCS and client specifications. Random conductive maintenance Inspections. Handle HSE inspections and Audit of client. Preparations of IR’s, NCR’s, .
- Technical Coordination: Coordination with Client for technical queries, property damages, warranty claims, KPI’s, SLA, project related asset annual certifications. Coordinating with a client and other stakeholders on Property damages and Warranty claims. Handling stake holder queries, sub vendor task executions. Coordination with team for CAPA for timely closure of NCR’s and supporting in technical queries.
- IMS Implementation: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 41001: Audit checks for various operational efficiency levels, Conduct QMS, OHS & FMS Internal Audits, handle External Audits of client, Certification bodies and comply the requirements.
- Management Support: Play Active role in forming of Process flow and laying procedures for smooth Operations of the Organization and Safe working of employees. Support Management in estimations for new services/ refurbishments.

- Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment: Instrumental in identifying the hazards and its associated risks and implement control measures to minimize the risks related to Operational and Organizational.
- Vendor Development: Supporting purchase department by auditing and evaluating sub vendor activities related to process and workflow. Re- assessment of registered vendors and update to management.
- Permit System: Review and Release Work permits to team and interested parties working in premises namely, LOA, PTW, CS, HWP.
- NCR and CAR: Prepare Surveillance Report(s)/ NCR for deficiencies observed at work and report to concerned and educate team for improvement and propose suitable CAPA.
- Calibration: Ensure calibration of all MTE verify the certificates and release to operational departments.
- KPI: Meet Customer Satisfaction by achieving KPI. Update Quality Survey reports, HSE Reports, VHR’s, injury reports, and Risk Registers to client. Update KPI’s and daily dashboards thru CMMS.
- Technical Review and Documentation: Prepare/ Review and approve Quality related documents viz, Method Statements, QHSE Control Plan, ITP, Work instructions, IFC and Shop Drawings, Audit reports. Develop and implement SOP, BCP, MS etc for the smooth Execution of asset maintenance activities.
- Contingency Plans: Preparation, Review and implementation of Emergency Operating Procedure covering Contingency plan for critical assets and services.
- Asset Condition Survey: Handle Asset Condition Survey and comply with Asset Management system ISO 55001 requirements laid by client. Handle and Monitor Fire Life safety System queries and implement the requirements of QCDD in project.
- Trainings: Prepare training plan, Identify training needs, co-ordinate with certified Training institutes and execute training for the team. Seek feedback and process for improvements.
- Co-ordination: Coordinate with CMMS and Operational teams for the services delivered are complying to contract requirements by achieving the KPI’s. Co- ordinate with stakeholders in all major interface asset shutdown maintenance activities within the project.
- Monthly Reporting: On time submission of project monthly reports to Client and comply to contractual requirements. roasters of department, assist management in technical queries raised by client, propose training needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection: Proven skills in conducting inspections, pressure testing, vendor inspections and Approvals, process improvements as per the Quality Standards/Specs.
- NCR/ CAR’s: Review and acknowledge of customer warranty claims. Necessary actions initiations on corrective and preventive measures. Necessary inputs to the suppliers with Non-conformance reports coordinating through the concerned quality department.
- Instrumental in vendor development which improves the Supply Chain Management Process.
- Vendor Development: Assessment of Vendors, Vendor evaluation, Approval and Re-evaluation.
- Holding strong exposure to commercial terms & conditions, Production, Shop-floor supervision, Commercial operations.
- Integrated Management System: Develop, implement & monitor Quality Management System, Project Inspection & Test Plan and Project Execution Plan. Create an efficient system for Quality Control Inspection process and procedures \[Incoming / External / Managing third party inspections\].
- Play an important role in health & safety activities (ISO 14001, 18001). Carry out Fire Mock Drill.
- Testing and Commissioning: Attending Pre commissioning, testing of major installations, special equipment’s and solving the technical snags at site.
- Product Approvals: Co-ordinate with the Management, actively take role in getting International approvals, QCDD Approvals, Ashghal, Kahramaa approvals for products used in different sectors.
- Facilitated development of new products for different markets like HVAC, O&G, Firefighting, Marine, Waterworks, Filtration Industry, etc. based on the annual requirement, market survey & information from Sales & Marketing.
- After Sales and Service: Attended Major projects Commissioning issues and resolved.
- Foundry Inspections and Expediting: Ferrous/Non-ferrous casting Pouring witness, Destructive and Non Destructive Testing of all castings at foundry. Played major role in expediting of castings. Fully conversant with foundry processes.
- Testing & Inspections: Carry out dimensional check and witness Hydro/Pneumatic/Leak test /Performance test/ Mechanical Run test as applicable. Verify Procedure and personnel employed for carrying out NDT /other tests are qualified Witness/Review NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) as per ITP, Lab Testing, welding procedure Specification (WPS) and Welders qualification. Galvanizing and other coating process inspections. Review and approve Material Test Certificates as per Specs and Standards.
- Proven skills in conducting inspections, pressure testing, vendor inspections and Approvals, process improvements as per the Quality Standards/Specs.

Inspection and testing of all types of valves and pipes with relevant ASTM, ASME, API & B.S. standards.Meeting Quality requirements as per the International Standards and Norms.
Educating Suppliers to meet Quality requirements.
Preparation of Quality Plans/ITP, Painting Procedures and Testing
Procedures for project orders.
Review and approval of supplier Drawings Quality Plans, Inspection Test
Plans and Product Drawings with respect to free orders/Project Orders..
Review of MTC, Fire safe certificates, welding procedures & special
procedures for painting, testing, PMI & Performance tests.
Preparations of inspection reports and release note for dispatch &
forwarding it to customer for final approval.
Review and approvals of Product drawings in AutoCAD for project orders.
Awareness for different mat. Grades like Carbon steel, Alloy steel & Stainless steel, DSS, Nonferrous etc.
Preparation of Non conformance reports and analyzing root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce rework
