Preparing Group Consolidated Financials for management reporting purposes while ensuring that the Group Consolidation System is kept up-to-date and supports the consolidation requirements for the Group.

• Preparing Monthly Management Reports including Executive Summary with business reviews, Profit and Loss Analysis by brand, review of Balance Sheet with commentary, Turnaround Plan for loss-making segments, comparison to benchmarks and KPIs, and additional highlights with graphical representations.
Provided financial advice to the management as and when required related to existing business activities and on new ventures.
Prepared individual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and relevant regulations.
Handling trade finance procedures- Opening LC, determining cost, CIF procedure, execution of tender & performance bonds.
Exposure in Transfer pricing documentation for Sharaka Holdings, as the centralized Head Office operations.
Oversee the budget preparation and execution, rolling forecasts, and cost management, in alignment with the Company’s plan.
Maintain project balance analysis, including the recognition of construction Revenue, construction Cost, accrued liabilities, cash advances, WIP & Project Backlog.
Monitoring sub-contractors progress billing, retention payables & advance recovery accounts.
Processing Payroll accounting and conducting Expenses Analysis.
Administer, monitor, and perform the secretarial works of share market trading based on the updates of the Qatar Stock Exchange and Stockbrokers.

• Record contingency movements within the project, ensuring that contingency is booked or released in line with corporate policies.

• Response to the clients, Age Reporting, Maintaining PDC, process the payment based on cashflow availability.
• Analyzing & Supervising Payroll, Maintaining the Payroll Schedules, Checking Attendance Sheet, Enrolling OT hours and working with WPS.

• Usual transactions - Daily Sales & Purchase and Maintaining Trade Receivables & Payables.
• Fixed Asset - FA maintenance, Inventory counting & calculating closing stock.
• Execute risk-based internal audits for the clients in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit matters and projects such as feasibility study, project appraisal.
• Verify Trial balance with schedules
• Ensure financial accounts are correctly reflected.
• Attend stock count for various industries.
• Prepared final accounts from the books of prime entry.
