Joined Product Development team as Design Engineer.
Joined Service department as Electro-Mechanical service engineer. My major role was maintenance, installation and commissioning of Process, Packaging and Inspection Equipment.
Joined as internee with I&S (Implementation and sustainability) department at plant SIPCO-I .
Performed following tasks:
1. Mapping of lean manufacturing for SPICO-3 Jeddah plant.
2. Existing preventive maintenance checklist comparison with OEM recommended check lists.
3. Line visits and supervision of weekly/monthly maintenance.
Visited multiple sites and inspected ongoing HVAC (Air side ducting & chilled water piping) systems under commissioning and installation.
Visited factory to observe ducts design and fabrication.
Passed High school certificate with Pre-Engineering subjects as major.
