The role is to plan and execute risk based external audits for business, as a part of the company’s annual audit plan. Task will Include co ordinating work task to junior level staffs and planning the audit process, research, reviewing current processes and providing recommendations to enhance company policies and procedures. Reporting to Manager and partner for the audit work performed and provide Initiatives to arrive at an opinion on the audit report.

Job Description
Sales & Marketing Cost
- should ensure proper classification of customers according to the master data guidelines given and follow up of documentation procedure on customer registration
- Maintaining price lists and approving of the prices in the SFA
- checking the completeness and accuracy of the invoices for Distributors, HoReCa and other channels ( except supermarkets and direct sales )
- computing rep wise weight loss for above channels with weekly monitoring of the same physical stock controls
- preparation of Sales Analysis reports
- preparation of reports for Sales related KPIs
Processing
- oversee the procurement management function related to packing and related items in the processing
- reconciling the warehouse wise stocks on a weekly basis
- conducting random stock counts on a quarterly basis
- analyzing the inventory aging reports of finished goods and packing material items highlighting any areas needed attention
- analysis of Yield and other KPIs for Processing
Other Accounting Work
- assisting Management Accountant in preparation of various other adhoc reports
- overseeing ERP and SFA controls related to processing and Sales
