∙ Reporting direct to the country manager
∙ In-charge of the operational matters related to air freight, FCL, LCL and Road transportation.
∙ In-charge of export and import clearance for air, sea and road.
∙ Coordinating among the overseas company offices and suppliers
∙ Supervising shipment documentation and customs clearance matters ∙ Monitoring customer service and daily reporting with complete transparency ∙ Overseeing invoicing, payments, recovery and other finance related matters ∙ Supervising file closing for each order with the profit and loss record ∙ Liaise with shipping agencies / carriers / lines for competitive rates and services ∙ Communicate / correspond with International agents and consignees, send pre-alerts /
pre-advice / arrival notice and ensure timely issuance of delivery orders, clearance and delivery of Shipments.
∙ Prepare Quotations / Freight Memos / and Issue Invoices
∙ Monitoring and follow up for smooth shipping operations from shipper’s door to consignee’s door.
∙ Facilitate shipment status update to customers.
