Al Majid Tower (2B+GF+24F) at Lusail (Marina) it’s including apartments, swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and other amenities. The Project scope covered Structural, Architectural, Interior Fit Out and MEP works, The Project Contract Value is QAR 130 Mn

Duties and Responsibility:

• Preparation of interim payment applications (IPA) to consultant/client - monthly claim
• Evaluating and verifying subcontractors and suppliers’ interim payments -IPC
• Preparation of cost claim for additional works and variations
• Quantity Take off and preparation of estimate project actual budget.
• Definition subcontractor’s scope and budget, Review the prequalification’s of subcontractors and finalized price.
• Preparing contract & drafting commercial-related letters to subcontractors.
• Participate value engineering workshop to minimize the project cost.
• Resource conciliation and budget monitoring
• Preparation of final account & cashflow preparation.
• Preparation of monthly cost reports, cost forecast and other commercial trackers for cost controlling and monitoring purposes
• Preparation of cost to complete and cost value reconciliation report (CVR)and project risk and opportunity report.

• Prepare and submit the variation request (VR) & valuation of variation order (VO)
• Quantity take off and preparing detailed bill of quantities
• Maintain and updated variation log
• Preparing cash flow and update works progress.
• Prepare the monthly cost report & maintaining and monitoring the budget.
• Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors and follow up of the subcontracted works.
• Analyzing local purchase order against approved budget, and budget monitoring and reporting.
• Perform responsibilities of preparing and providing status against current commitments and budget and providing cost analysis.
• Monitoring all expenses to ensure that they stay within budget limit and allocate the expenses according to the specified tasks project budget.
• Reviewing monthly invoices and petty cash - make sure that all invoices are technically correct and coded against the activity where they are budgeted.
