Proficient in single/multiple dental implant rehabilitations, including full
mouth reconstrcutions using Straumann/Astra/Dentium/Osstem implant
system.
FDC - Family Dental Clinic
Duties: Licensee for 20+ clinics islandwide
Overseeing a group of 40+ dentists
Come up with and fine tune standard operating procedures.
Serve as a central figure of communication to all clinicians within the group
and provide mentorship to new young graduates.
Tracking clinical competencies and providing timely feedback to the senior
management and board of directors.
Serve as Head of department for grading and assessment for all conditional
registered dentists within FDC group
Handling patient related complaints within FDC dental group
Evaluating dental materials and make recommendations for changes
Planning and organising continuing dental education programmes for FDC
clinicians
Interview and recruit new clinicians to the group, and make recommendation
for the termination of clinicians due to infringement of FDC code of ethics
guidelines or unsatisfactory performance
Monitor and track performance of clinicians within the group and consel
clinicians when necessary.
Represent FDC to communicate at the same level with other clinical directors
from other dental groups, hospitals, ministry of health, Singapore dental

All aspects of general dentistry and implant dentistry
alongside consultants and senior registrars in Oral and Maxillofacial
surgery across the government hospitals
