Responsible for Electrical and all systems maintenance and ELV systems installation.
Responsible for PA systems installation.
Responsible for CCTV systems installation.
Hands on Experience :
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of MCC Panel, DDC Panel (BMS), VFD, LCP, FACP, and All BMS & Fire alarm control components.
• Monitoring All BMS workstations, Fire alarm control panel, MDB reading and ect..
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Lighting control panel (LCP), Diesel Generator, UPS, Emergency Lightings, ATS panel ect..
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC (water based Systems)-AHU, FCU, VAV, Split Units, PAHU, Chillers, CWP(Chill water pumps), Roof Exhaust Fans, Fire protection systems water based -Fire protection Pumps, and Panel internal control wiring, external.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of MDB- ACB, MCCB, SMDB, DB, and Panel internal control wiring, external and ect.
• Cable pulling and panel dressing, installation and maintenance of All Electrical and ELV panels, CCTV Cameras installations, Studio architectural Lightings installation and maintenance. P.A.S (public address system) installation.
JOBS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervises and coordinates the day to day activities of teams that ensure optimal functioning and maintenance of all building properties.
• Ensures optimal usage of manpower and resources.
• Planned Preventive Maintenance prioritizes, assign, review, and participate in the work of facility maintenance.
• Checking of assets conditions, Oversees installation, inspections, repairs, routine maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire & life safety system.
• Tracks facilities service requests with applicable system and completes requests within established timelines and quality specifications.
• Ensure to enforce and comply with all established policies and procedures.
• Performs weekly, monthly, quarterly safety checks and walk through of the facility to ensure a security, safe and clean environment.
• Resolves concerns, conflicts, and problems of the patrons ensuring that services are Provided in a professional and safe manner.
• Respond to off hour’s critical calls to resolve facility issues.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative work environment with coworkers, other Departments, and vendors.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory Agencies, or members of the business community.
• Maintain facility records to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintains a safe and effective working environment.
• Reporting on the progress of the maintenance works as directed by the FM Manager.
Following PPMs and CMs and other outstanding works.
Following management instructions.
Monitoring and Controlling of all HVAC Equipments, Electrical, Plumbing materials, Chiller system, Main Fire Alarm Panel.
Involved in the Trouble shooting and Maintenance of Fire Alarm Devices.
