A team player to make sure the business requirements are met on time within budget.
Conduct Project duties like - Define SOW, Objective, Project Plan, Milestones etc.
Train the junior team members in Project Management, Process Management, functional & industry expertise.
Lead projects data collection & review, generate reports, prepare recommendation list and present the final data to customers.
Reporting directly to GM, looking into the Project Portfolio Management.
Track and monitor project progress and develop project report for Management use.
Prepares various formats & reports using data gathering techniques and establish tracking standards.
Identify, develop & maintain a good relationship with vendor and suppliers.
Attaining the International Certifications of ISO 9001:2008 for the department.
Project Management: Project scope and objectives, Meeting deadlines, Time, Cost, Budget, Change management.
Monitor vendor capabilities, Track/Monitoring Procedures (Data collection).
Single point of contact to define the processes & procedures required in the various departments and automate the activities for effective management.GM /PMO & Vice President

Manages and executes all aspects of the internal business process, project initiation, Project Planning
Scheduling & Execution.
Handling communications between internal/external clients and agencies.
Vendor management, Planning, and scheduling of project on time frame.
Proactive in maintenance of quality and productivity standards with regular interaction.
Coordination of all communications between internal clients and all internal departments and external agencies.
Ensuring the client requirements are met with regard to schedule, quality and budget.
