 Current Website Upgrade from SP2007 to SP2016
When I joined MOF, the current website was built on SharePoint 2007. My role was upgrade the current website to SharePoint 2016 (Latest version). The project was a big project because it’s a big change with different environments and technologies including the data migration. For executing this project, I did the below main activities:

1. Define the Physical Architecture / Logical Architecture / Capacity planning and for the website environment and make sure that it’s scalable.
2. Define the integration architecture for SharePoint to integrate with various disparate systems (ERP, Open Data, Google Analytics, and other internal systems)
3. Upgrade MOF Website from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 then to SharePoint 2013 then to SharePoint 2016 https://www.mof.gov.ae
4. Apply MOF Website TRA guidelines 2017 (got Excellent mark)
5. MOF Website - Federal ERP integration
6. MOF Website - Online eServices integration
7. Data Migration

 New MOF Website
After the big achievement in upgrading the MOF Website, the MOF management decided to have a new branded look & feel to website so I managed the new project to build a new website and implement the new look & feel using the same environment of SharePoint 2016 (Latest version).
