-Correspondence with Head of Retail about customer requirements and complaints of the plants.
-Direct reporting to Head of Retail about the complaints of RO Plants placed at Tharparkar sites.
-Proper Managing the Complaint cell through database on daily basis.
-Strong follow-ups and feedback from the Tharparkar Operations Team.
-Online Monitoring through SCADA devices and Correspondence with different RO plants and UF Plants installed in Karachi
• Achieving Sales target to 100%. Handling with the customers problems in postpaid.
• Dealing with the Exclusive postpaid users and Strong follow up from the existing customers.
• Addressing various queries of customers related to postpaid.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Resolving difficult issues and professionalism regarding client complaints and other matters efficiently.
