-Online Monitoring through SCADA devices and Correspondence with different RO plants and UF Plants installed in Karachi
• Achieving Sales target to 100%. Handling with the customers problems in postpaid.
• Dealing with the Exclusive postpaid users and Strong follow up from the existing customers.
• Addressing various queries of customers related to postpaid.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
