Arranging Joint Venture with Indian Companies.
Developing New Business from India and Nepal.
Establishing relations with Various Ministries, Government Bodies and Business Houses in India And Nepal.
Starting new Channels for distribution Power Saving Device of GE in India.
Preparing EXIM contracts for Commodities.
Negotiating prices with foreign and local buyers
Making Presentations for Government and high profile clients.
Planning and executing Contracts.
Preparing Business models.
Reporting to Managing Director.
Job Responsibilities:
To Lead, motivate supervise and coordinate the staff to implement and maintain accounting systems as per Bank’s policies & procedures.
To monitor and achieve Branch allotted targets.
Reconcile Inter Branch& Bank accounts.
To plan budgets for operational, finalization of accounts and preparing schedules for the statutory Audit work.
To plan new Product .
Budgeting.
Public relations.
