- Responsible to manage simultaneous multiple improvement projects, draft the project development and deployment plan, monitor progress as per plan - review project scope, schedule, quality, resource requirements, financials, risk on a periodic basis; take corrective measures and communicate to all stake holders as per the communication plan.

>> Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles as part of lean deployment to improve end-to-end process design, including activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices and creating and assessing performance measurements.
>> Managing stakeholder relationships across business utilities to enhance the change strategy for the organization
>> Facilitate performance improvement through improved end-to-end process design
>> Effective project management and ensure adherence to project delivery timelines
>> Facilitate design sessions with the business to develop future state improvements proposals
>> Coach Team Leaders and Team Managers to increase their capability with respect to the understanding and practical application of Lean Performance Management
>> Contribute to Lean training programmes to support Lean implementation and knowledge transfer
>> Manage the operational risk and control framework for all the opportunities identified during the design phase of Lean Projects
>> Ensure all the process changes suggested and implemented are within the risk & compliance guidelines
Working in Black belt role, primary responsibility is to ensure a continuous quality improvement through transformation projects.
Implementation of Six Sigma & LEAN methodologies to bring in Top line and Bottom line improvements to the business metrics.
Mentor Six Sigma / LEAN Projects and ensure timely closure, verify savings of the projects.
Undertake Value Stream Mapping for End to End business value chain and publish Kaizen newsletter
Successfully maintaining high-level client relationships and meeting/exceeding client expectations while ensuring ongoing client relationships
Identifying and develop value-added service opportunities.
Intellectual contribution to the knowledge base. Conducting resource planning/skills assessment and monitor utilization levels to manage project staffing.

Conduct Effort Estimation exercises, own and develop parts of the Proposal Document, provide inputs to the Solution Design/Sales team within my domain, Evaluate and recommend solutions
Knowledge Management: Publish BOKs on new features in the product, database of innovative solutions deployed, software modules management.
Marketing and Branding: Artifact preparation that would help in marketing activities including case studies etc.
Financial Management: Estimates benefits of transformation projects in order to show the benefits and to present to Finance for evaluation and closure
Active involvement and participation in auditing respective engagements in lines of already acquired and potential certifications
Impart training on Six sigma, LEAN and quality tools
Drive, assist and mentor Six-Sigma and Lean projects across engagement spanning 30 processes and 500 FTE's.
Duties Involve analyzing the business to identify opportunities for better deliverable. Mentoring Six Sigma and STAR (Strategic Transformation And Re-Engineering) projects. Reporting to the Sr. Quality Manager and the Operations Head on regular basis.
Study, analyze and document business processes as a part of Process Analysis.
Design and develop systems to capture measure and analyze critical metrics and resolve business problems.
Training the Quality Executives on the basic quality tools and mentoring the transformation initiatives to closure.
