Managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

1- build a Full On-boarding clients process
2- Build up process of new/ current clients and align them with company operation services
3- Build up pricing of new/ current clients and different type of services (WH, transportation, clearance and last mile deliveries and assembly services)
4- build up a sales funnel to accommodate company target.
5-Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
6-Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met

Special project manager Supply Chain department (Planning/Demand) responsibilities:
- New ERB system integration.

- Manage three sales accounts for TIB industries:
o Main products of TIB (PVC compound)
o Agent Linhardt GMBH Germany (Aluminum tubes)
o TIB industries services (general plastic supplier and slitting machine)
• Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory and maximizing available working capital
• Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations
• Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks
• Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital
• Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.
I was responsible for the Unit database, Developed the main database and linked it to a web-page, where a end users could go online and register or apply through internet.
