Organize staff and lead a team to ensure tendering targets are achieved in time.
•Coordinate with all Departments, in reviewing the prime contract documents and data, develop risk profiles and establishes plans, schedule and budgets for tender obligations and review the technical input.
To orient & guide the proposal team towards preparation of technical and commercial proposals and creating budgets for awarded jobs
•Put the over head and profit with the general manager.
•review and analyze tender Summary and lead the presentation of the Proposal to senior management for their review and approval
•Prepare tender documentation queries to

I have been working in this period as Estimator engineer for many projects (High Rise Buildings - Hotels - Colleges - Industrial ..... etc) and ensure that all tenders or inquiries received by the Company to bid for tenders, are handled and processed systematically on a timely basis.
From calculating the quantities to preparing the final offer for tenders, preparing the commercial submission with final bill of quantities
Duties:
•Carries out all activities related to cost estimation.
•Follows-up with all departments as applicable to complete cost estimation.
•Checking of all tender drawings and documents.
•Prepare comparative statements for major sub contractor works like aluminium and glazing work, piling and shoring, Electromechanical works, Carpentry Works etc.
•Preparation of pre-tender clarification requests to the consultant.
•Check the Quantities Take-off.
•Entry of the prices and preparation of detail estimate on CCS .
•Final check-up and review with the estimation manager.
•Prepare the final Bill Of Quantities BOQ.
