- Specialized in conceptual design, detailed design, 3D/2D dwg preparation, BOM preparation, assembly, testing and commissioning of Two Stage Oil Free Screw Air Compressor.
- Conversant with Solidworks, AutoCAD, & MS office
•Specialization in Design and Development of Test Rigs, Assembly Stations and High Pressure De-burring Machines ( 720 bar )
•Conversant with Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Servo-Pneumatics, Test Specifications and Test Sequences, Detailed Trials, Calibration, Performance Testing, Repeatability and Reproducibility Testing, Commissioning and Servicing.
•Familiarized in process improvements, Cycle time reduction, Performance enhancement and Energy Efficient design of systems using basic mechanical Engineering.
•Acquainted with conversion of Conceptual Design into production Equipments.
•Ability to prepare Pneumatic Circuit, Bill of Materials, Calibration reports, Performance reports, Repeatability and Reproduce ability reports and Technical Manuals.
•Co-ordinates with PLC/HMI/PC programmers in Screen Layout.
•Specialization in Engineering Design, Fluid Mechanics, Gas Dynamics, Heat Transfer and CFD Analysis.
•Calibration of Pressure, Vacuum, Load, Distance and Torque.
