- Ashghal design & built projects including Public Parks, Buildings, Marine boat berths etc. at different locations of Qatar.

Job Responsibilities :
-Review the Design Reports, Design calculation, Design drawings & shop drawings
- Review Material submittals, Method Statements, Technical queries, Testing & commissioning procedure, test reports, Operation & maintenance manuals etc.
-Site inspections of site installations, material delivery & testing commissioning
- Followed up with contractor/ designer for submission of design documents as per schedule.
- Collaborating with contractor/ Designer for building permit DC-2 drawing submissions to Utility Authorities in Qatar.
- Arranging meetings with Contractor / Designer to resolve technical issues.

Projects :
- QF Education City PMS Tram (light metro rail) Project including tunnel.
- Qatar Science & Technology Park- Tech 4 project
- Mall of Qatar project
- Have experience in HVAC system, District Cooling Chilled water system, Plumbing & drainage system, Fire fighting system, Special systems etc.

Job Responsibilities :
-Review the Shop drawings, calculations, Material submittals, Method Statements, Technical queries, Testing & commissioning procedure, test reports, Operation & maintenance manuals etc.
-Site inspections of material delivery & site installations.
- Witness testing & commissioning of mechanical systems with contractor.
- Prepare snagging & de-snagging etc.
- Review Redline & As built drawings.
-Check the quality of work as per project specification, QCS and other applicable standards.
- Making NCR for the any non-compliance at site

Projects :
 Qatar Petroleum District project, Doha - 9 numbers high rise buildings, Hotels, Auditorium, District Cooling Plant, and associated service buildings.
 Had experience in HVAC system, District Cooling Chilled water system, Plumbing & drainage, Fire fighting, Special systems etc.

Job Responsibilities :

Job Responsibilities :
 Reviewing documents such as design philosophy, design drawings, shop drawings, material submittal, method statements, test reports, operation & maintenance manuals and other technical documents.
 Inspection of site installation works, materials, testing & commissioning for quality and compliance of work to project specifications and other national/international standards applicable.
 Monitoring the construction site progress.
 Coordination with design sub-consultant, review consultant, client, mep sub-contractor & other discipline representatives to resolve project’s critical/ progress issues.
 Making NCR for the any non compliance at site & closing the NCR with consultant.
 Certifying the MEP contractor’s monthly invoices.

 High rise building- B5+G+39 floor Gold Crest Executive Tower project at C2, Jumeira Lake Towers, Dubai, U.A.E
 Arabian Ranches - 18 No. Luxury villas & associated infrastructure project, Dubai, U.A.E - Emaar Properties.
 Had experience in HVAC system, Chilled water system, Plumbing & drainage system, Firefighting & Fire alarm system and electrical systems.

Job Responsibilities :

 Preparing method statements, test reports, operation & maintenance manuals and other technical documents.
 Checking the shop drawings with reference to site condition.
 Supervision of site installation works, materials, testing & commissioning for quality and compliance of work to project specifications and other national/international standards applicable.
 Monitoring the construction site progress with reference to planning program.
 Coordination with consultant, client, sub contractor & other discipline representatives to resolve project’s critical/ progress issues.
 Ordering the material quantity required to site installation.
_ Making the planning schedule for the deployment of manpower, material delivery at site.
 Certifying the sub contractor’s monthly invoices.
_ Closing consultant NCR.
- Attending construction progress meeting.

Job Responsibilities :
_ Monitoring of Periodic preventive maintenance work as per latest PPM schedule.
-Managing corrective maintenance work for mechanical discipline.
-Planning & managing manpower deployment for both periodic maintenance and corrective maintenance work.
- Preparing weekly periodic preventive maintenance schedule.
- Preparing maintenance work report for both periodic maintenance & corrective maintenance work.
