Heading the Digital Marketing of a diverse portfolio of 32 International F&B brands which includes, but is not limited to Website Optimization, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Mobile App, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, Analytics, Reporting & more.
Focusing on revenue generation via different channels like seven rooms. social media ads, organic, paid ads and email Marketing, .
Was recruited to formulate Marketing strategy for 3 brands - Dana Bay, Dana Beach Resort & Golden Tulip Resort - Dana Bay.
1) Developed the logo for Dana Bay - an Urban development project, created the brand identity and launched the website www.danabay.sa
2) Developed the logo for Dana Beach Resort - a beach front resort comprising of 111 villas and launched the website www.dbr.sa
3) Developed & execute Marketing plans, plot the yearly Marketing calendar, build brand awareness through various promotional programs for both b2c (villas) and b2b (Banquets & Catering).
4) Drive marketing programs which are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts
5) Supervised a graphic team of 5 for creative designs
5)Collaborate with cross functional teams/dpts (F&B outlets, Recreation, Ladies Spa, Dive club & Equestrian club etc) for promoting facilities through both organic & paid media resulting in increase of 2% revenue YTD.
6) Created brand identities for 4 different restaurants
7) Lead all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, App Install, Affiliate Mktg
8) Developed print material/collateral for promoting Meeting rooms/Conference Halls
*Managed 50 million (saudi riyal) Marketing budget for the individual event brands & portfolio, ensuring this delivers the required commercial results & ROI. This includes agreeing the brand budget; allocating budget to specific event activity & regularly monitoring spend vs.results.
*Defined the value proposition & ensure all customer messaging reflects this; created brand objectives & own the brand identity, including design, creative, messaging & brand guidelines.
*Demonstrated strong customer, market & competitive focus. Identified the market intelligence needed to create and deliver the plan & work with Head of Insight to scope & and deliver the required research, data analysis and insight.
* Defined target audience profiles & required reach for event; create data acquisition strategy and research plan to deliver required reach & work with data team to deliver.
*Created profiles/personas for each key audience, with positioning and messaging statements for each
*Created the promotional plan, stemming from the sales & marketing plan covering pre & post-event activity.Ensured this makes clear what activity is needed, key deadlines, budget, required audience reach, required outcome.
*Ensured the promotional plan included effective activities along each stage of the customer funnel, including new prospect acquisition, awareness driving, engagement, lead generation and conversion, and loyalty/advocacy
*Worked with Loyalty Manager to enroll new customers in the Loyalty program (Shukran!!) & initiated comprehensive Marketing plans to drive growth and development of the Loyalty Card discount scheme to deliver positive change to membership volumes, purchase behavior and attrition

The Digital Marketing Expert-Level Course is a Post-Graduate level course. The course drills deep into understanding Digital Marketing skills to work at a management or strategic level. It involves 2 extensive Research papers to be submitted. This certification is credit rated at level 11 on the Scottish Credit & Qualifications Framework and comparable to a postgraduate diploma awarded by a UK University
Completed my Masters's Degree with a specialization in Marketing. This was a 2-year course which focused on Marketing strategies, consumer behavior, brand management, digital marketing, and market analytics
Completed my graduation degree specializing in Markeitng Management.
