•Monitoring and coordinating other professional consultants (Architecture, Interior, electrical and Structural).
•Undertake regular site inspections and chair meetings with contractor to assess, programme and quality.
•Issue minutes of meetings and progress reports to project team.
•Manage assistant project management staff and supervise their workload.
•Schedules for the MEP trades; assessing delays against the responsible contractor. Provided management and supervision of MEP subcontractor pre-commissioning activities to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly completed and ready for the commissioning process. Acts as liaison between MEP subcontractors and Commissioning Consultant to execute any changes, adjustments, etc. needed to
•Execution of all construction activities of Building along with Finishing Items, Preparation of Estimates, taking measurements, Contractor’s bill certification and familiarity with external / internal plumbing & sanitary systems, water supply & sewage treatment, Electrical etc.
•Undertake periodic valuations; assess contractor’s financial claims and process payments to contractor through the client’s organization.
•Facility management in terms of scheduling and ensuring preventive maintenance of electromechanical and civil installations.
•Inspect and assess/monitor health and safety on site.
•Taking active part in complying with Quality (ISO 9001) & HSE (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) norms along with relevant documentation.
•Preparation of BOQ and site modification sketches.
•Monitor the Estimated Total Cost of the Works and notify the Principal of any variances to same;
•Obtain approvals required by any competent authority having jurisdiction over the Works.
•Review the progress of the Works identifying potential or actual delays and recommending adjustments to the project construction program in order to meet the Completion date and update the project construction program as necessary;
Job involved in Quality assurance in site, responsible for preparing method statement, Preparation of inspection Request, Technical issues pertaining to materials, quality of materials, prepare all letters pertaining to claims and variation, ensuring the approved material using at site.
Job involved in co-ordination in Designs and supervision on sites for all activities, site coordination meetings and progress meetings .Quality assurance in site, responsible for preparing method statement, Preparation of inspection Request, Involved in all stages of the Interior work right from shop drawings to As Built drawings. Have been exposed to various contractual and consultant practices in site construction with respect to the site drawings and gaining approval on as built drawings. Preparation of Daily & weekly project activity plan and reporting to Project Manger.
