Review of Tender documents to facilitate the Estimation Division to mitigate the risks and liabilities in their estimates and make queries for requesting the Client to make possible amendments, before signing the Contract.
Reviewing and drafting of subcontract/consultancy agreements, letter of intent/award, MOU, JV/consortium agreements.
Review of Consultant’s/Client’s correspondences and advise the Project Manager.
Experience in administering, either FIDIC or other internationally recognized Contract Forms.
Draft contractual correspondences to the Employer/ Engineer and the Subcontractors to ensure that the contracts/ subcontracts are managed in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
Draft justification reports for the Change orders and claims, and final close out of contracts
Experience in interpretation of contractual clauses of the Main Contracts/ Subcontracts and explain to the Project Manager.
