My responsibility here includes implementing enterprise networking solutions and providing clients with technical support. Worked on the following products:
1. Cisco ASA 5520.
2. Cisco Aironet 2800 and 1815i APs and Cisco 3504 Controller.
3. Cisco ISR 890
Worked as a Support Engineer, providing technical support for network and systems to the company's clients and other sister companies. Also responsible for maintaining the network. Got an opportunity to work on the following products:
1. Fortigate Firewall 100E.
2. Cisco Catalyst 3560, 2960 and SMB Switches.
3. Cisco Access Points.
4. CUCM v10.5.
5. CUC.
6. UCCX v11.6.
