• Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General
Ledger, and full-cycle accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial processing.
• Prepare, review, and analyze trial balances, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and financial
statements in compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and UAE statutory requirements.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
across multiple entities.
• Consolidate financial statements for group companies and perform variance analysis across projects,
departments, and entities.
• Prepare and present management reports, KPI dashboards, and financial insights for management
decision-making.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions, resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Oversee accounting for fixed assets, depreciation, amortization, and asset reconciliations.
• Supervise working capital, cash flow, fund flow, and treasury operations, ensuring liquidity for
operational and project needs.
• Monitor daily bank balances, perform monthly bank reconciliations, and manage domestic and
international banking operations including letters of credit, wire transfers, and vendor payments.
• Handle multi-currency transactions, expatriate payroll considerations, and cross-border project
finance requirements.
• Conduct project budgeting, cost forecasts, and variance analysis for multiple projects; maintain cost
centers for accurate project expense tracking.
• Perform profitability analysis and cost control, advising operations on resource allocation and cost
optimization.
 Track budget vs. actual expenses, perform variance analysis, and implement corrective actions through
an Early Warning System (EWS) to protect project profitability.
• Ensuring timely review and submission of VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, compliance checks, and process reviews to ensure adherence to policies.
• Coordinate external audits, providing required documentation and resolving findings efficiently.
• Supervise payroll processing, WPS compliance, overtime and bonus calculations, annual leave, end-of
service benefits, and gratuity provisions.
• Implement and maintain internal controls, risk mitigation strategies, and accounting policies to
safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
• Maintain procurement-related financial tracking, including POs, vendor bills, and petty cash approvals.
• Support management decision-making through financial modeling, scenario planning, and
investment analysis.
• Ensure segregation of duties, adherence to corporate governance standards, and alignment with
company policies.
• Advise management on strategic financial decisions, investment planning, and resource allocation.
