- Erection, commissioning, maintenance, retrofitting, design of liquid application systems using Allen Bradley PLCs, Hi-Tech & Beijer HMIs with lots of accessory instrumentation in Poultry Feed Industry, all over in Pakistan
- Working in coordination with Singaporean & Chinese Engineers, attending oversea regional engineering workshops for system design up-gradations (Software & Hardware) and performance parameters
- Leading an engineering team for better after sales consultancy services
- Developing and implementing technical and safety training sessions in form of presentations & documentations for my team and end customers
- Re-evaluating and strengthening electrical safety program, permit to work (PTW) system and Lock out-Tag out (LOTO) system on the plants in accordance to the revised guide lines from Corporate SH&E team
- Supporting company sales & technical (nutrition) team by delivering comprehensive presentations and attending meetings & seminars with principals (ADISSEO & SHANGHAI MAINFLO) as well as clients
- Periodic sample collection to ensure optimum application of liquid products
- Regularly reporting to CEO and Director for all new as well as running projects, requirements and achievements in above mentioned tasks
- Erection, Commissioning till installation and operation of Gasifier plants.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting activities of electrical and mechanical instruments and carrying out all the maintenance works required.
- Electronics PCB design and assembling
- Programming in Java for mobile application development
- Coordination in R & D projects with software, electronics and mechanical engineers
