Highlights from this position are:
- Recommended the idea for an MIS (Management Information System); now I am the focal point for its development, implementation and management.
- Directed the IT operations; supervising 2 network administrators and 3 offices with a network of over 100 nodes; maintaining relationship with multiple vendors for software, hardware and related procurement; volunteered as a member of web & social media committee.
- Steered the Strategic planning, Organizational effectiveness and Business analysis processes; as a member of steering committee for strategic planning, and as a lead for the organizational evolution team; initiated and then implemented a project for organizational effectiveness.

The theoretical and practical knowledge imparted to students during this degree program enables them to solve real-world problems through computers.This program has been designed keeping in view the emerging needs of the software industry and it meets all the requirements laid down by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. For the successful completion of my degree, I did my final year project on "Motion detection using Artificial Neural Networks".
